Central Limo & Car Service Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Central Limo & Car Service. The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern all use of our transportation services and our website (the "Site"). The services offered by Central Limo & Car Service include but are not limited to limo service, car service, party bus rental, airport transportation, private limo & car service, and corporate limo & car service (collectively, the "Services"). Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with Central Limo & Car Service, either through our Site, over the phone, or via email, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.


Reservation and Cancellation

  1. Online Reservations: Reservations can be made 24/7 via our online booking platform at request a quote.
  2. Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 1 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 1 hours prior to the pickup time may incur a fee.

Payment and Fees

  1. Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, cash, and other digital payment methods specified on our Site.
  2. Additional Fees: Additional fees may apply for extra services requested by the customer, such as car seats for children, extended waiting time, and route changes made during the service.

Vehicle Types

The vehicles available include Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Nautilus, Cadillac XTS, Chevrolet Suburban, Ford Transit, and Party Bus. Specific vehicles are subject to availability and may be requested but not guaranteed.


Conduct and Safety

Passengers are expected to behave in a manner that ensures their safety and the safety of others. Unruly or unsafe behavior may result in termination of the service without refund.


Limitation of Liability

Central Limo & Car Service shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond its control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather conditions, and vehicle malfunctions.


Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Central Limo & Car Service, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.


Changes to Terms

Central Limo & Car Service reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
